What’s it like to work with us?

We are a passionate team of individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in our community and beyond.

Our mission is to accommodate, support and provide opportunities to the widest range of women offenders in line with Elizabeth Fry’s original ethos, and we believe that every member of our team plays a critical role in achieving this goal.

As an organisation, we value diversity, equality, and inclusion, and strive to create a workplace culture that reflects these values. We believe that our differences make us stronger, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
